Do you want to go deeper into your yoga practice?

Do you want the inner peace, joy, calm, equanimity and potency described in the ancient yogic teachings?

Are you interested in finding out who you truly are, and what your potential really is?

This session is for you. Beginners are welcome, as are experienced practitioners. In a group limited to 16 people, Christopher works with each of you individually to develop a personal daily practice: your sadhana.

What is sadhana?

Traditional yoga was all about sadhana, which means personal daily practice. The Sanskrit root sadh is often translated as ‘right effort’ and ‘accomplishment’. It is the leverage that leads to personal transformation, and the pathway to realisation and the yogic qualities above.

Each human body and mind is different, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” in traditional yogic practice. Traditionally, there was no ‘led’ class, all practice was the development of sadhana.

This session is an opportunity to develop a personal transformational practice that will take you deeper into your body, your mind and your life trajectory in a powerful way.

How does the session work?

Up to 16 people practise together in the space. Christopher moves around the room, working individually with each person to help them with their developmental edges and deepen their practice. Whatever your experience, your practice is built around your own body and mind.

You then take those developmental edges home as your own daily practice, and return to continue your development. Some people have worked in this way with Christopher for twelve years and more. They have done so because they are working with someone who has devoted his life to yoga and yogic practice, and who understands and is proficient in all the limbs of yoga.

The session will be completed with an exquisite Yoga Nidra to facilitate your deep rest into and as the universe.

Before you come

Please tell Christopher about any injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before the session, and check with your GP if you are unsure. Wear comfortable light clothes that are easy to move in. If you have questions, ask Christopher using the “Ask Christopher a question” button.
