For Corporate Teams

Thrive

Resilient people build high-performing teams.

The Diagnostic

Built around your team, not a template

Off-the-shelf resilience training rarely survives contact with a real team. Before we design a single session, we work with your organisation using the full principles and protocols of the ECM to elicit:

  • Pre-existing strengths already present in your people and teams
  • Developmental needs specific to your context
  • The relative priority of those needs
  • How these strengths and needs intersect with the ECM offering — so we can craft a bespoke programme for your organisation, built to facilitate the most coherent teamwork possible

The diagnostic behind every Thrive programme: where an individual's role, your organisation's purpose, and your team's shared goals overlap — with feedback and KPIs keeping the work honest throughout.

Why this, why now

The case for investing in your people

91% of organisations say resilience and wellness programmes improve productivity — and 95% of those who measure ROI see a positive return.

Wellhub, Return on Wellbeing 2026

Burnout costs employers $4,000–$20,000 per employee a year — presenteeism alone accounts for up to 89% of that.

American Journal of Preventive Medicine

Employees with strong work purpose are 5.6x more likely to be engaged, and far less likely to be job-hunting — 41% vs. 68% for those without it.

Gallup, 2026

Thrive is built to move these numbers — not just to run a workshop.

A six-week resilience and performance pilot for organisations who want measurable gains without burning out the people delivering them.

On a human level, the organisation gains a workforce that feels more supported, resourced, connected, and capable under the pressure of modern work.

Designed to improve and measure how your people regulate stress, stay focused in complex situations, communicate effectively under pressure, and sustain high performance.

Impact Tracking

Measurement — The Experience Template (Weekly)

To ensure meaningful, trackable impact throughout the programme, participants complete a short weekly self-rating (1–5 scale) at the end of each week. This provides a simple but consistent way to observe changes in experience over time.

Weekly Measures

Participants reflect on:

  • Perceived stress levels
  • Sleep quality and recovery
  • Focus and attention stability
  • Communication confidence
  • Creativity and problem-solving capacity
  • Engagement and motivation
  • Early indicators of burnout or reduced wellbeing
  • Ability to manage mind, emotion, and attention under pressure
  • Confidence in navigating difficult conversations
  • Perceived quality of task completion
  • Sense of organisational support for sustainable performance

End-of-Pilot Reflection (Week 6)

At the conclusion of the programme, participants complete a short written reflection to capture deeper qualitative shifts:

  • What has changed in how you respond under pressure?
  • What has changed in your relationships at work?
  • What feels more sustainable now than six weeks ago?
